Overview
This custom thermoplastic injection mold is built for square plastic housing / enclosure parts. It adopts multiple side‑action sliders to form undercut features around the part perimeter.
The molded plastic box with corner mounting holes is widely used for electrical junction boxes, instrument housings, equipment protective covers and battery plastic casings. Efficient cooling channels are integrated inside the mold for thermoplastic material solidification.
