This orthopedic locking plate is manufactured from medical-grade
Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy with passivation treatment to enhance
corrosion resistance.
At Vios, we utilize advanced 5-axis CNC machining to achieve
superior dimensional accuracy, seamless anatomical contouring, and
precise screw hole placement. The tolerance can reach to 0.005mm
and achieves Ra 0.1-0.4 μm.

Ti-6Al-4V titanium, hard-wearing CoCr alloys and PEEK for
lightweight options. And the surface treatments include
