This is the robot structural support we made for our client. The main function is to serve as a positioning component in robotic systems, providing stable structural support, accurate mounting references, and vibration resistance for robot arms, joints, and functional modules.
It is made of high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy utilizing
precision 5-axis CNC machining processes. It undergoes deburring
and anodizing, enhancing structural rigidity, dimensional
stability, and surface wear resistance.
